Since first opening its doors in 1985, Delilah’s consistently wins the "Best Martini in Vancouver" prizes (critic's choice awards). Delilah’s is credited as the “birthplace of the cocktail martini” & certainly makes the best darn martini the world over. The imaginative prix fix menu, which is also available a-la-carte, focuses on the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. Breads are baked fresh daily, meats are cured in-house, & the sauces & desserts are all made from scratch. Step back in time when you enter this lavish setting of hand-painted ceilings, lush velvet banquets, over-sized comfortable chairs, fresh cut flowers, all complemented with a selection of charming music to complete the experience.
